Both sides have agreed to a settlement in the lumpsum amount of Rs. 11,00,000/-. The Respondent is personally present in Court. After his Advocate consulted with him, the Members of the Panel also personally explained how it would be in his interest to settle. The Advocate for the B.M.C. was able to obtain instructions to improve the offer. 8th April 2017

The dispute is settled in the lumpsum amount of Rs. 11,00,000/- to be paid to the Respondent within three weeks from today.
