1] There shall be interim relief restraining further execution of the impugned judgment and award subject to the appellant depositing before the MACT, Mumbai, the entire awarded amount together with interest and costs within a period of four weeks from today. In case of failure, this interim relief to stand vacated without any further reference to this Court.

2] Once the amount is deposited, the respondent shall be at liberty to apply for withdrawal of the amount. Such application, if made, will be considered in accordance with law and on its own merits.

3] Civil application is disposed of.
