The learned counsel for the applicant therefore seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail, if the trial arising out of CR No.I-668 of 2017 registered with Tulinj Police Station, District Palghar now culminated into Sessions Case No.29 of 2018 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vasai does not conclude within a period of nine months from today.

Leave and liberty granted.
