None appears for the Applicant. The prayer is for quashing the First Information Report being C.R. No.73 of 2012 registered with Bhoiwada Police Station, Mumbai. We find that the charge-sheet has been already filed (Exhibit 'B' is the copy of the charge-sheet). The offence alleged is punishable under section 306 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Therefore, the Applicant has a remedy available before the appropriate Court. By keeping open the said remedy, the Application is disposed of. All contentions on merits are kept open. (A.A.
