The order dated 1st October, 2014 passed by respondent no.3 appointing Arbitrator is set aside qua the petitioners. In view of

Consequently, the orders dated 18th June, 2015 passed by the Arbitrator do not survive. The parties are at liberty to approach respondent no.3 for fresh appointment of an Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between them.
