For the reasons to be recorded separately, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Bail Application No.1923 of 2018, is allowed; (ii) Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No.I-50 of 2016, registered with Jawahar Police Station, DistrictPalghar, on his furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

rpa 2/2 906-ba-1923-18-operative.doc (iii) Applicant is directed to attend the Jawahar Police Station, District-Palghar, once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, till further orders;

(iv) Applicant shall not approach the victim or her family members and shall not tamper with the evidence;

(v) Bail Application No.1923 of 2018, stands disposed of.
