By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks the following relief : "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondents to take action as per law and discharge their statutory duty upon the written request dated 23rd August, 2021 sent by the Petitioner." 2.

The learned AGP states that the Respondents have no objection if prayer Clause (a) is granted. As far as the property situated at Thane is concerned, they require further and better particulars of the same from the Petitioner. The Petitioner therefore undertakes to provide the further and better particulars of the property

In view thereof, the above Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a). The Respondents shall endeavour to take necessary steps as per law within a period of 12 weeks from today.
