DATED : 22nd JUNE, 2022 P.C:- By the present Petition, the order granted in favour of the accused/respondent is sought to be revoked on the ground that he had suppressed certain material. Despite serious efforts to serve the respondent, he could not be served and bailiff's report depict that he do not reside at the given address. The counsel make a statement that he is not available and cannot be traced. That is the reason why service could not be effected upon him. In any case,the order releasing him on bail is passed in 2017, and period of five years have expired. The prosecution undisputedly will take appropriate steps to ensure that he is made available for trial. Tilak
