By the present Petition, Petitioner has prayed that he may be permitted to furnish common sureties / same sureties in all the 13 offences wherein he has been granted bail by the trial Court. A list of said 13 offences is mentioned in paragraph 2 and also in prayer clause (a) of the Petition.

Record indicates that, Petitioner is an accused in various crimes out of which in 13 offences [a list whereof is given in prayer clause (a)], the Special MPID Courts at various districts in Maharashtra has directed him to be released on bail on his furnishing P.R. bonds of different amounts. The total bail bond amount of the said 13 P.R. bonds comes to Rs. 4,10,000/-. Said Orders releasing Petitioner on bail have been passed from April 2018 till February 2022. As 1/2
8. cri wp 3457-22.doc Petitioner could not furnish separate sureties to make up the P.R. bonds mentioned in the said Orders, he is still languishing in jail. 3.
In view of the fact that Petitioner has been directed to be released on bail by the various Special Courts under the MPID in the State of Maharashtra and despite the said fact he is still languishing in jail, as he is unable to furnish separate sureties in all the cases, we are inclined to permit Petitioner to furnish one or more solvent sureties who are the residents of State of Maharashtra to make up the bail amount of Rs. 4,25,000/-.
It is made clear that Petitioner is permitted to submit the same set of sureties in all 13 cases.

The learned trial Court / Courts are directed to accept the said sureties without seeking separate sureties in that behalf. 5.
Petitioner is directed to furnish his documents of sureties along with P.R. Bonds initially with the Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge, Khed, Ratnagiri in Special Case No. 33/2016 arising out of C.R. No. 62 of 2006 registered with Guhagar Police Station, District Ratnagiri.

Once the said sureties are verified, Petitioner is permitted to submit the same set of sureties in remaining 12 cases. 7.
Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
