The Application filed for anticipatory bail. The record includes copies of Affidavit which were filed by the original complainant in Sessions Court. It appears that the parties have settled the dispute amicably. The crime is registered for the offences punishable under Section 327, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code. In view of nature of dispute and aforesaid record this Court holds that protection needs to be given to the Applicant. Hence the following order:

: Order :

a) In case of arrest of the Applicant in Crime No.292 of 2017, registered with Vijapur Naka 11th August 2017

903-ABA1437-17.DOC Police Station, Solapur, for the offences punishable under 327, 324, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, he be released on bail on furnishing P.B. in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousands only) with one surety in the like amount.

b) The Applicant not to tamper the prosecution witnesses.

c) He is not to commit similar offences.

d) He is to attend the concerned Police Station on coming four Sundays between 10 am & 12 noon and he is to cooperate with the Police during the investigation.
