The above Civil Application is filed seeking the following reliefs:
"a.
This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 74 days in filing present Civil Application for restoration. a-a This Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside/Quash the Order dated 30th March, 2017 passed by the Learned Registrar Judicial II dismissing the Application bearing No. CAM/265/2016;
b.
This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the department of this Court to restore the Application bearing No.
CAM/265/2016 and the Appeal bearing St. No. 11733/2016 to the file;
c.
This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicant to supply copies of the Application to the department and the Notice be issued to the Respondent;"

Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and for the reasons stated in the above Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (a-a), (b) and (c) reproduced above.

The copies of the Civil Application seeking condonation of delay [Civil Application No. 265 of 2016] along with the papers and proceedings in the above Appeal, shall be supplied to the Registry within a period of two weeks from today. Once the papers and proceedings are supplied as directed above, the Registry shall issue notice to the Respondent returnable on 14th June, 2024. 4.
In addition to the Court notice, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent with the papers and proceedings in the above Civil Application No. 265 of 2016 as well as the Family Court Appeal, by private notice as well.

The above Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
