Heard Mr. Savagave, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr. Prabhu, learned Counsel for the respondent No.1.

This is an application for condoning the delay of 6 days in filing the C.R.A. Civil Application was heard on 15.04.2017 and notice was issued to the respondents. Office remark shows that Civil Application stood dismissed as against respondent No.2 as per Registrar's (Judicial-II) order dated 24.04.2018.

Mr. Savagave states that respondent No.1 is the only contesting respondent.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the 1/2

CAC298_17.doc Application, delay of 6 days in filing C.R.A. is condoned. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.

List the C.R.A. for admission on 25.06.2019. Applicants shall remove office objections before the next date of hearing.
