On 9 September 2021, the following order was passed: "None for the petitioners in all petitions. The petitioners have impugned the rejection of individual approval of the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak in these petitions. In view of the interim order passed by this Court on 4th September, 2014 directing the respondents not to take any coercive step, the petitioners appear to have continued in service.

Learned AGP for the respondent/state agrees to take instructions from the Education Offcer as to whether these petitioners have already retired and whether these petitions have become infructuous or not.

Place the matter on board for directions on 31st September, 2021.

Learned AGP to inform the petitioner's advocate about this order with a request to remain present in the Court on the next date. It shall be made clear that if the petitioners' advocate remains absent on the next date, the matter will be proceeded with ex-parte."
Thereafter on 28 September 2021, the following order was passed: 1.
Learned AGP appearing for respondents no. 2 to 4 states that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 09/09/2021, learned AGP has already informed the petitioner's advocate about the said order with a request to remain present in this Court today. Statement is accepted. 2.
None appears for the petitioner when the matter is called out. None had appeared for the petitioner on

Today again none appears for the Petitioners. The petitions are notified on the board in advance. All the writ petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.
