The limited prayer of the Petitioner is that the application of the Petitioner dated 08.12.2005 for grant of caste validity certificate be decided by Respondent No.2-Committee expeditiously.

Since the application of the Petitioner was filed in the year 2005, we direct Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the application of the Petitioner for the grant of caste validity certificate within a period of four months from today. 3.

The Petitioner to appear before the Respondent No.2Committee on 19.10.2018 at 11.30 am with a copy of this order, when appropriate directions may be issued by the Respondent No.2-Committee.
