On 5th March, 2019 learned Counsel Mr. Dhuri had submitted that he has oral instructions to appear on behalf of the respondent No. 1 and had sought time to file vakalatnama. Office note shows that till today vakalatnama has not been filed. There is a delay of 31 days in filing application seeking leave to appeal. For the reasons assigned in paragraph-5 the delay of 31 days needs to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed of accordingly.
