Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

By this application, the Applicant seeks modification of the condition set out in clause (a) of para 4, imposed by this Court (Coram : A.S.Gadkari, J.), vide order dated 13th June, 2018, passed in Bail Application No.2636 of 2016.

The condition of which modification is sought, reads thus:- "4.

....

a) The Applicant be released on bail in CR No.49 of 2016 dated 30th May, 2016 investigated by the EOW Unit-V, Mumbai on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount." 4.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is unable to furnish local sureties as directed by this Court and requests that the applicant be permitted to give sureties, within the State of Maharashtra. 5.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and the condition set out in clause (a) of para 4, imposed by this Court (Coram : A.S.Gadkari, J.), vide order dated 13th June, 2018, passed in Bail Application No.2636 of 2016, is modified. Accordingly, the applicant shall now released on bail in CR No.49 of 2016 dated 30th May, 2016 investigated by the EOW Unit-V, Mumbai on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount, from within the State of Maharashtra. Time to furnish sureties is extended by a

3/3 period of six weeks from the date of release of the applicant. Rest of the conditions imposed vide order dated 13th June, 2018, to remain as it is. 6.

The Application is allowed and disposed of in above terms. 7.
