The applicant has just now been ordered to be released on bail by me. However, Mr.Ayaz Khan, the learned counsel for the applicant, submits that, it would take quite sometime for the applicant to be actually released from custody. He submits that, appropriate orders on this application may be passed.

13-APPA-1126-2014 Since, the applicant's prayer is only for taking him to a government hospital for surgery to his right eye, in my opinion, it should be allowed.

The Superintendent of the concerned prison, shall, have the applicant produced before the civil hospital, and the civil surgeon shall get the accused / applicant examined medically, and ensure that proper treatment is extended to him. If surgery to the applicant's right eye is necessary, the same be carried out. The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (ABHAY M. THIPSAY, J.) avk 2/2
