P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Appellant states that subsequent to filing of the second appeal, the Respondent-wife had filed a petition for divorce. He states that by judgment dated 27/5/2019 the petition filed by the wife has been allowed and the marriage has been dissolved. He submits that in view of the judgment dated 27/5/2019 the present appeal has rendered infructuous. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw the same.

In the light of above, leave is granted. The second appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
