The officer who had sealed the premises is present before the Court. Learned APP, upon instructions submits that the officer has admitted that the said disputed premises were sealed erroneously only because convicted accused had made a statement that the said premises were used. Section 18 of Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act contemplates that premises where the activities under the said Act were conducted deserves to be sealed. The officer fairly submits that she would de-seal the said premises within 24 hours. 2) Officer shall record a Panchanama of de-sealing the said premises. In
