This is an application seeking condonation of delay in fling an appeal against the acquittal. The delay is of 28 days. The accused is acquitted of the ofence punishable under sections 370, 372 and 366 -A of Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 5 of Immoral Trafc (Prevention) Act 1956.

For the reasons assigned in Paragraph Nos. 4, 5 and 6, the delay of 28 days in fling the appeal deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice.
