Mrs. Mulekar, learned APP, on instructions, makes a statement that the investigation into FIR No.209 of 2015 registered with Amboli Police Station, Mumbai, is already completed. However, the charge-sheet is not filed as the report of the hand-writing expert is awaited. She further states that the Investigating Officer will file a charge-sheet in respect of the said FIR before the concerned magistrate without waiting for the report of the hand-writing expert within 15 days from today and, after receipt of the report of the hand-writing expert, supplementary charge-sheet will be filed. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 also makes a statement that respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have already been granted anticipatory bail by the Court of the competent jurisdiction in respect of the said FIR. This statement is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the above circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly states that the grievance raised in the petition, no more survives. He seeks leave to withdraw the petition.
