1] By an Order dated 14th August 2017, the applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates.

2] Perused the record of investigation.

The record indicates that, the applicant is landlord of the said premises which has been given by the first informant for development. It is the allegation against the applicant that, a photocopy of the agreement dated 22.2.2005 which was annexed to the reply of the Advocate have been forged.

aba.1439-2017.doc 3] After taking into consideration, the record of investigation and considering the peculiar facts of the present case, this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation of the applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary.

4] In view of the above, interim relief granted by Order dated 14th August 2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer is waived.
