This Civil Application has been filed seeking a condonation of delay of 160 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the delay is condoned. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:- "(b):

This Honourable Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 160 days in filing the present Civil Revision Application in the interest of justice and hear Civil Revision Application."
