Pursuant to the order dated 14 October 2016, the learned proposed arbitrator has filed statement of disclosure with the Registry under Section 11(8) read with under Section 12(1) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996. The statement of disclosure is accepted. Mr.P.N. Karhadkar, the retired District Judge, Flat No. 17, Shrimant Chintamani CHS, Near Purushottam High School, Vidyanagari, Nashik Road - 422 101 is appointed as sole arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute and differences between the parties. The Arbitration Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The parties are directed to co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the arbitration proceedings and shall not take unnecessary adjournments.
