DATED : 9th August 2019 P.C:- Review Petition is taken out seeking review of the order dated 28th June 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the non-fixing of the time limit to obtain the corrected SSC certificate is proving to be detrimental to the interest of the employer. We have considered the said submission advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on going through the order passed on 28th June 2019, we have noted that there is already a declaration in favour of the petitioner by which the date of birth in the record is already Tilak

2/2 906.doc rectified and corrected. The respondents, in spite of this, were insisting on the SSC certificate in the light of the circular. In any contingency, we have issued Rule in the matter and the same is pending. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Review Petition. Resultantly, the same is dismissed.
