DATED : 15th SEPTEMBER, 2022 P.C:- The applicant seek reduction of the amount of surety which was imposed as a condition by releasing him on bail on 30/6/2022.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the application.

Since the consent terms were executed between the parties and dispute was settled and since the applicant has expressed difficulty in furnishing P.R bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/-, I deem it appropriate to reduce the amount to Rs.25,000/-.

2/2 4 IA 3023-22.doc Order dated 30/6/2022 stand modified as under :- "(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Mohd.Shamim Mohd.Yameen Qureshi in connection of C.R.No.520/2021 registered with Dongri police station shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount".

Interim Application No.3023/2022 is allowed.
