Mr Ramprakash Pandey appears for applicant.
He says, these two writ petitions were inadvertently not tagged to group of writ petition No.934 of 2013 and others though the matters are arising out of the same situation. He did not st August 2013 when the matter remain present on 1 was called by this Court. Considering the reasons,
vrd 2 APPW363/13 applications for restoration is allowed, the order st August 2013 is recalled.
dated 1 th 2.
Since identical orders are passed on 6 August 2013 in writ petition No.934 of 2013 and others between the same parties, the learned counsel does not press writ petition Nos.937 and 938 of 2013. They are accordingly allowed to be withdrawn.
3.
In the light of earlier directions dated th august 2013 in writ petition No.934 of 2013, if the accused/applicant makes exemption applications without challenging their identity, the learned Judge seized with the matter to exempt them, if personal attendance is not required.
