Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By these Applications, the Applicant
seeks condonation of delay of 47 days in filing the aforesaid Cri. Applications seeking leave to file an appeal.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that notice was issued by this Court, however, notice was returned with the remark that the said Company was sold and the Proprietor of the Company was not residing at the given address. Learned counsel for the Applicant further submits that the Applicant, thereafter, published a notice in the local news paper i.e. Lokmat, Kolhapur on 08.06.2016. The Applicant has filed an Affidavit to that effect. He submits that despite the same, none appears for the Respondent No.1.

For the reasons set out in the Applications, the Applications are allowed and the delay of 47 days in filing the aforesaid
Cri. Applications seeking leave to file an appeal is condoned.

Accordingly, the Applications are disposed of. Registry to number the Cri. Applications and place the Applications under the caption "For Admission" on 12.01.2017.
