The appointment of the Petitioner No. 1 as a Peon in the Secondary School of the 2nd Petitioner management was from 15th June 2016. That appointment has been disapproved or rejected on the basis of the Government Resolutions dated 28th January 2019 and 11th December 2020. That is inconceivable. The impugned order of 7th/15th September 2021 is quashed and set aside. 2.

The 2nd Respondent is directed to consider the application by the 2nd Petitioner management afresh. This is to be done on or before 24th April 2023.
