Upon mentioning taken on board. 2] Learned AGP has placed on record an order passed on 26th October 2016 passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Nagpur bench in various contempt petitions, including Contempt Petition No.184 of 2016 in Writ Petition No.816 of 2016 decided on 26th October 2016. 3] The Nagpur Bench of this Court after going through the compliance report submitted by the State Government, had observed as under:- "Since the order of which contempt is alleged stands complied with, we do not find it necessary to proceed further with the contempt proceedings. Hence, we dispose of the contempt petitions with a further direction that the salary of the petitioners herein for the month of October 2016 shall be actually credited to their accounts prior to 15th November, 2016. The respondents/ managements shall ensure that the bills are submitted prior to 5th November 2016. Thereafter, the salary due to the petitioners shall be credited prior to 15th dayof every month.
Arrears from the month of April to September shall be credited in any case prior to 31st December 2016."
4] Keeping in view the aforesaid we record that the contempt as alleged stands complied with and as such we do not find it necessary to proceed further. We dispose of the contempt petition with a further direction that the balance salary or unpaid salary of the petitioners, if not paid, be actually credited in their respective accounts on or before 25th December 2016. The management shall ensure that the bills are submitted prior to 10th December 2016. Thereafter, due salary of the petitioners shall be credited prior to 15th day of each succeeding month. Arrears be also credited as stated above prior to 31st January 2017. Petition stands disposed of.
