Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the respondent No.1 have entered into a compromise agreement. Learned counsel has tendered a xerox copy of the compromise agreement. The same is taken on record.

In view of the compromise agreement entered into between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition.
