The applicants are challenging concurrent finding as recorded by trial Court and the appellate court holding him guilty, for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and directed them to pay fine amount of Rs.10,10,000/- in default to suffer Simple Imprisonment for one month each. It is submitted that the applicants have already deposited an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in the appellate court. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the
applicants are ready and willing to deposit some amount in this Court also.

By these applications, the applicants seek suspension of sentence and for bail pending hearing and final disposal of Revision Application. In view of above statement on applicant's depositing further amount of Rs.3,00,000/- within four weeks from the date of this order, the substantive sentence of imprisonment is suspended. Both the applicants be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bonds in the sum of Rs.15,000/-by each of them with one or two sureties in the like amount. On applicant's failure to deposit the amount within the stipulated period, the bail granted to applicant shall stand cancelled. 3.
Applications are disposed of accordingly.
