Petition is seeking a limited prayer to direct Respondent No. 4 to peremptorily decide RTS Appeal No. 59 of 2022. 2.

There is an affidavit of one Mr. A. R. Tamboli, Tahsildar Khalapur affirmed on 17th July 2023 filed in reply to the petition, in which it is stated that the affidavit is being filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 4A and RTS Appeal No. 59 of 2022 has been decided on 18th April 2023. A copy of order is also annexed to affidavit-in-reply.

Therefore, as petition has become infructuous, we dispose the petition accordingly.
