Heard learned counsel for the applicant. On due consideration of the reasons stated in the Civil Application for seeking restoration of Writ Petition (St) No. 33778 of 2011, we are satisfied that there is sufficient cause for non compliance of the office objections within time. We also find that the delay in filing the restoration application has been satisfactorily explained. Accordingly the delay in filing the application is condoned and the Civil Application is allowed. Writ petition (St) No. 33778 of 2011 is restored to its original number.
