This is an application for invention by the first informant Smt. Lubna Adanan Kadu in CR No.36/2014 dated 9.8.2014 registered with Murud Police Station, District Raigad.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

The applicants in APL No.780 of 2017 are hereby directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.3. The said amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and then amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant within the said stipulated period.
