Since possession of the land claimed is already with the complainant and as mentioned herein-before parties are litigating for dishonour of cheque, case for confirmation of ad-interim protection is made out.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No.364 of 2020 registered with Kalyan Taluka Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of IPC, he be released on bail on furnishing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. 3.

Applicant shall neither influence prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with evidence.
