CORAM : NARESH H.PATIL AND A.M.BADAR, JJ.
DATED : 18TH MARCH, 2016 P.C. :- 1.
Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the APP for the State have expressed the same views concerning delayed investigation. Learned counsel submits that since last 5 to 6 years the police have not filed any report in the Court. The F.I.R. was registered on 13/4/2014. 2.
Learned APP submits that delay has occurred due to transfer of the investigating officer. We are surprised to note how transfer of investigating officer could cause delay of 5 to 6 years.
