Mr.Patankar, the learned counsel for the petitioner on the basis of the instructions from Mr.Unmesh Joglekar, the Director of the petitioner, makes a statement that the petitioner will, without prejudice to the rights and contentions in the Appeal pending before the Appeal Court, handover the possession of the suit premises to the respondent-landlord within a period of four weeks from today. This statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, these petitions are disposed of.

It is made clear that such handing over of possession shall be subject to the result of the Appeal. In case the appeal succeeds, the Appeal Court, to make appropriate order as regards restitution.

These petitions are disposed of accordingly.
