We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned AGP and the learned Advocate for CIDCO. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the acquisition proceedings has been dropped, still in the 7/12 extract more particularly in 'other rights column', the entry of the 'land under acquisition' is being shown.

The petitioner has approached the offcers concerned, but no decision is taken as yet.

The Tahsildar shall decide the application fled by the petitioner for removal of entry of the 'land under acquisition' in the 'other rights column' on its own merits Gaikwad RD 1/2

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
