Mr. Tamboly, the learned Counsel appearing for the original Petitioner, after taking instructions from Mr. Abid A. Batatawala, the Secretary of the Petitioner Society, makes a statement that society shall withdraw all the resolutions adopted by the society relating to the membership of Respondent No.1. He would submit that the resolutions are withdrawn without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the society. The statement is accepted.

In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the interim application.
