Mr. Puranik states that with the able and skillful guidance of the Mediator, Senior Advocate Mr. Rajiv Patil, the petitioner and respondent no.2 have arrived at settlement and signed the terms of the settlement.

Perused the report of the Mediator. The report shows that the parties were asked to reside together on experimental basis for a period of six months. The interim arrangement turned out to be successful and the terms mentioned in the Mediator's report came to be finalized. The Mediator's report is taken on file. The petition is disposed off in terms of the report of the Mediator.
