This is an application for condonation of delay of 26 days in filing the revision application. For the reasons stated in paragraphs 4 & 5 of the application as also having further due regard to the fact that the applicant has deposited amount of Rs.88,000/- being arrears of maintenance under the impugned order, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a sufficient cause for condoning the delay.
