Heard. This application is for bringing legal heirs on record of deceased petitioner No.1 Shankarrao Maruti Jadhav who died on 14.06.2016. The Civil Application is made on 22.08.2016 i.e. within time.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

15.2332.16-caw a) The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b), which reads thus:

"(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow this application and permit the applicants to bring on record applicant Nos.1(a) to (d) as legal heirs and representatives of the deceased petitioner No.1."

b) The Applicant is directed to carry out appropriate amendment within 4 weeks from today, failing which the Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

c) If amendment is carried out within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, the Applicant is directed to serve an amended copy of the Writ Petition as well as pending Civil Application, if any, on the Advocate for the other side, immediately thereafter.

d) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
