1) In our view the selection process is over and the petitioner has been informed that his application is rejected. The petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:- a) Be pleased to allow the present writ petition.
b) Be pleased to set aside the Selection Order of Lot Process dated 21st July 2016 passed by Respondent No.1 in favour of the Respondent No.2.
c) Be pleased to grant stay to the
2 /2 order dated 21st July, 2016 passed by respondent No.1 in favour of respondent No.2.
d) Be leased to direct the respondent No.1 not to issue the Letter of Intent till the decision of this petition.
e) Be pleased to direct the respondent No.1 to consider the complaint dated 23rd April 2015 and 25th July, 2016 filed by the petitioner.
f) Ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) and (d) above be granted.
2) In our view, the petition has become infractuous. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of rejection by filing a fresh petition. All contentions of the petitioner are kept open if he files a fresh petition. (A.S.GADKARI, J.) (V.M. KANADE, J.)
