We are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition by permitting the Petitioner to make a representation to the District Deputy Registrar and Deputy Registrar (Respondent Nos.1 and 2). The Authorities to consider the same in accordance with law as early as possible within 10 weeks from the date of filing of representation. 2.

The petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty. All the contentions are kept open.
