In the above writ petitions, the Petitioner(s) are making grievance in respect of the order of transfer issued by the Zilla Parishad, transferring them to a station beyond 30 kilometers from the place where the spouses of the respective Petitioners are working. It would be open for the Petitioner(s) to tender representation, recording the details as regards their grievance, to the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad and request the concerned Authority to consider the representation within a specified time frame.

If the Petitioners tender representation setting-forth their grievance within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered by the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad, as expeditiously as possible, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representations. The concerned Chief Executive Officer shall consider the grievance of the Petitioner(s) in accordance with the law and policy prescribed in that behalf, as well as considering all the facts recorded in the representation.
With the directions, as above, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
