1] This application has been preferred by the Applicant for restoration of Contempt Petition (Stamp) No.33819 of 2016 in Family Court Appeal No.175 of 2009. The Contempt Petition came to be dismissed on account of non removal of office objections. By order dated 05/07/2017, four weeks time was granted to remove office objections, failing which the Contempt Petition would stand dismissed. As the office objections were not removed within the stipulated time, the Contempt Petition came to be dismissed. 1/2
