ORDER:- The learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, on instructions of Mr. Bhatkhande, Law and Labour Officer, Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, makes statement that they are not pressing for the recovery of difference of salary based upon the impugned communications at Exhibit "F" of the Petition. So far as the action of reversion is concerned, we are permitting the Petitioner to make representation within four weeks from today and the Respondents to consider the same in accordance with law, including the Supreme Court Judgment of State of Punjab & 1/2

1 and other Judgments, within eight weeks thereafter.
Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
