On hearing the Petitioners, we are inclined to dispose of the present petition by directing Respondent No.3 to decide the representation dated 22 May 2014 filed by Petitioner No.1 and the same is stated to be pending till this date, in accordance with law. 2.

As regards the other Petitioners are concerned, they are at liberty to make a representation within two weeks, and if such a representation is made, the same shall be decided by Respondent No.3 in
