Gadkari, J) By an order dated 16/6/2015 has granted 3 weeks time to the Petitioner to supply spare copies to the Registry, failing which the Petition was directed to be dismissed without further reference to the court. For the reasons assigned in paragraphs 6 and 7, the application seeking restoration is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Writ Petition No. 4819 of 2014 is restored to its original status. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
